White-label game distribution for Unreal Engine
Ship your Unreal game under your own name.
UDTK gives your studio its own branded desktop launcher, small incremental patches and a release dashboard, without building the infrastructure yourself.
Unreal Engine 5 plugin · Branded desktop launcher · R2, S3, GCS, Azure or our CDN
- Your name and logo
- Your accent colour
- Only what changed downloads
- Every update verified
How it works
From packaged build to a player pressing Play
- 01Unreal Editor plugin
Make it patch-ready in Unreal
Package your game as usual, then run it through the UDTK plugin. One click, and the build is set up for delta updates from this release onward.
- 02Studio dashboard
Publish it in Studio
Create a release and drop in the build. Only what changed since your last release is uploaded. Choose which version is live on Release and Beta.
- 03Your launcher
Players hit Play
Your branded launcher picks up the new version, downloads just the changes, verifies them and launches the game.
Features
Everything a platform launcher does, under your brand
Delta patching
Every update ships only what changed. Players download the difference, not the whole game again, and you upload only the difference too.
White-label launcher
Your name, icon, installer art, accent colour and licence on a desktop app that updates itself. Players see your studio, not ours.
Hosting your way
Start on our pre-configured hosting with nothing to set up, or connect your own R2, S3, Google Cloud or Azure storage.
Studio isolation and integrity
Each studio gets its own storage space, users and launcher. Storage keys are encrypted at rest, and every update is verified before the game runs.
Team and release management
Invite your team as owners, developers or marketing. Run Release and Beta channels side by side and decide exactly which version is live.
News and patch notes
Post news, patch notes and maintenance alerts from the dashboard. They show up inside your launcher and on your game's own page.
An open design layer
Start from a preset, or design your own launcher
The launcher's look lives in its own open layer. Pick a ready-made preset, restyle it, or build a layout from scratch. Changes reach every installed launcher with no reinstall.
Classic: a game library on the left, key art, news and a Play bar. Best for studios with several titles.
Patching and versioning
Ship the difference, not the whole game
Delta patching works in both directions. Your players download only the parts that changed, and your team uploads only the parts that changed, so releases are faster and your cloud storage stays lean.
Illustration, not to scale. Everything that didn't change stays where it is, on your storage and on players' machines.
| Version | Channel | You uploaded | Players download | Status |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1.4.2 | Release | 61 MB | 61 MB | Live |
| 1.5.0-beta.3 | Beta | 18 MB | 18 MB | Live |
| 1.4.1 | Release | 140 MB | 140 MB | Previous · can go live again |
| 1.4.0 | Release | 12.4 GB · first upload | 12.4 GB · first install | Previous · can go live again |

FAQ
Questions studios ask first
Do my players need a UDTK account?
No. Players sign in to your launcher with accounts that belong to your studio, or play as guests if you switch login off. UDTK never appears in their way.
Which Unreal Engine versions are supported?
The editor plugin is built for Unreal Engine 5. [CONFIRM SUPPORTED VERSIONS]
Can I keep my builds in my own cloud?
Yes. Connect Cloudflare R2, Amazon S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure or any S3-compatible bucket, and your game files stay in your account. Your keys are encrypted at rest.
How small will my patches be?
It depends on what changed. Players only download the parts that differ from the version they already have, so a small fix stays a small download.
Does UDTK replace Steam or Epic?
It's for the builds you distribute yourself: private betas, direct-to-player releases, and simulation, VR or training apps that can't go through a public store. You can still ship on stores as well.
What if a download is interrupted?
The launcher picks up where it left off and verifies the update before it starts the game. If an update fails, the previous files are restored.
